Free safe-only template · Aggregated market

Give Meta AI a signal.
Nothing more.

The Meta AI Signal Firewall is a narrow Google Sheets template for approved aggregate outcome signals. Make a private copy, populate only the bounded feed, clear the publishing gate, then connect that sanitized copy—not your source systems—to Meta AI.

5 tabs
Every visible tab is safe to disclose. Do not rely on a hidden tab, comment, link, formula, named range, or attachment to stay private.
100+
Every production signal must represent an aggregate cohort of at least one hundred people before it can become shareable.
0 source
No customer records, identifiers, pricing, revenue, margin, cost, source data, or operational detail belongs in this workbook.
The disclosure boundary

The whole connected workbook is the handoff.

Meta can read the full connected file, not just a preferred tab. This template is deliberately designed so its start guide, policy, feed, publishing gate, and prompt library are all safe to disclose.

Sanitize somewhere else.

Never paste, import, query, or transform source data in this template. Aggregate and sanitize in a separately controlled internal process, then enter only the approved output into a new private copy.

Inspect the template

Read-only master. Private copy for work.

The approved master remains a view-only reference. Google’s read-only preview appears below when your browser permits it; the static summary remains available in every browser.

If Google does not load the preview in your browser, use View the read-only master or inspect the verified safe-content summary below.

First-party fallback

What the workbook contains

Read-only reference
01 · Start Here

Five steps: copy, sanitize elsewhere, populate the bounded feed, clear the gate, then connect only the sanitized copy.

02 · Sharing Policy

A data dictionary limits entries to aliases, buckets, bands, and campaign-group-or-higher signals.

03 · Approved Signal Feed

Controlled fields only; illustrative examples are clearly labelled DEMO — DO NOT SHARE.

04 · Publishing Gate

Eight confirmations keep a fresh copy NOT READY — DO NOT CONNECT until an accountable owner clears it.

05 · Meta Prompts

Bounded prompts request campaign hypotheses and tests—not source-data exploration.

Illustrative feed rows from the read-only template. They are examples, not shareable production data.

Use it in four moves

Copy. Bound. Clear. Connect.

  1. 01

    Make a private copy

Keep the original master as a reference. Your copy is the only version you edit.

  2. 02

    Populate aggregate signals only

Use campaign aliases, period buckets, direction, confidence, 100+ population bands, value bands, and approved granularity.

  3. 03

    Clear every publishing check

Do not connect until the gate reads READY TO CONNECT and each production row is marked SHAREABLE.

  4. 04

    Connect only the sanitized copy

Keep the conversation bounded to the supplied prompts. Reject requests for raw customer, financial, pricing, operational, or identity-level data.

Operator cautions

Safe-only is a boundary,
not a guarantee.

Can Meta AI read more than the Approved Signal Feed?

Treat the entire connected workbook as disclosed. Meta may read the Start Here guide, Sharing Policy, Approved Signal Feed, Publishing Gate, and Meta Prompts. Connect only a private copy whose complete content is safe to share.

What belongs in the template?

Only approved aggregate signals: campaign aliases, reporting-period buckets, direction, confidence, 100-plus cohort bands, bounded value bands, and approved campaign-group-or-higher granularity.

What does not belong in the template?

Do not include source data, personal data, identifiers, customer-level records, exact counts or dates, pricing, revenue, margin, cost, operational details, or links to internal systems.

Does the template replace privacy, security, or legal review?

No. The template limits intentional disclosure. It does not prevent inference from information intentionally shared and does not replace each organization's privacy, security, or legal review.
